Reporting to the Change Lead, with daily interaction and direction from Change Managers, the role will develop, coordinate and support communication, change, and engagement across assigned project.


About the role:

  • Support change activities for a range of change programs to support the change managers to ensure successful implementation of the program
  • Work across multiple projects to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.
  • Track project deliveries and delays for change team
  • Manage data and logistics for training and key change activities

About you

  • Prior experience in a similar role, and proven ability to support execution and delivery of change strategy
  • Technical and non technical writing skills
  • Time management and organisational skills, including the ability to set plans and manage key milestones and deliverables
  • Superior communication, consultation and negotiation skills with high level ability to effectively network and influence;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity with good commercial judgment.
