The
BTS Sales Coordinator will support the coordination of Back to School customer onboarding activities and post-order support enabling seamless customer experience.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Data entry to build school and/or parent online order forms
  • Review and match competitor listed products to enable quoting
  • Maintain and publish customer product lists ready for ordering
  • Update sales opportunity workflow status within CRM
  • Review, confirm and convert quotes to orders
  • Respond to and resolve case management queries for internal and external customers
  • Generate and analyse reports in order to help ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  • Review, edit and release orders to ensure customer delivery dates are achieved
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve outcomes
  • Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy and processes.

Skills & Experience Required:
