Accounts All-rounder

  • Parttime position: 45 hrs daily, 5 days per week

We are looking for a professional, motivated and reliable person to join our Queensland administration team.

From data entry to reconciliations to reporting - you will need to have proven accounts experience, excellent time management skills and an eye for detail.

Progression to a full-time position is possible early next year.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Payables and Receivables data entry
  • Reconciliations & Reporting
  • Assistance and communication with national offices
  • Filing and archiving

You must have:

  • Proven experience with accounting software (MYOB/ Xero/ Quickbooks/ Sage or similar)
  • Microsoft skills esp. Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • A proven track record in multitasking, prioritizing and problemsolving
