Marketing & Communications Support Officer

About this opportunity
As a part of the Business Communications team, you'll be working closely with the Manager to deliver effective communication strategies and marketing campaigns at WorkSafe Geelong Headquarters. Your role involves providing support to ensure all communications reflect the WorkSafe brand guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the team in delivering communications, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Manage spreadsheets, records, and administration tasks.
- Ensure all publications adhere to WorkSafe brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with business units and provide communication support.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and budget reporting.
- Manage updates for various forums and campaign schedules.
- Offer administrative and operational support to the team.
About you
- Project coordination experience with a focus on Marketing & Communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and client service abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
- Previous experience in managing agency contracts is a plus.
