Ten plays a crucial role in the customer engagement strategies of major premium financial services and consumer brands. In addition to providing private membership services, Ten caters to esteemed clients of top private banks, premium financial services, and luxury brands. Our ideal candidate:

  • Is a seasoned globetrotter with extensive experience and knowledge in multiple destinations

Responsibilities:

  • Design and book customized luxury itineraries for our members
  • Create top-quality, tailored itineraries for our high-value members from initial planning to post-booking, covering flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, activities, and more
  • Collect detailed travel briefs via phone or video consultations
  • Ensure itineraries are competitively priced while maintaining high quality, delivering the best value to members
  • Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, handle travel itineraries, visas, and general admin tasks

Contribute to expanding our tailormade travel offerings:

  • Propose ideas for destination guides and other content for Editorial and Commercial teams to develop
  • Establish and nurture relationships with various travel partners to drive growth, collaborating with the global travel team to enhance services in your region
  • Engage with members to promote Ten's additional services such as dining, attractions, and guides related to travel requests
  • Support overall business objectives and SLAs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Travel Industry, particularly within the luxury segment
  • Experience with Destination Management Companies is a plus
  • Familiarity with booking terms and conditions as well as cancellation policies
  • Well-travelled with international destination knowledge
  • Experience with Amadeus or similar GDS system is preferred
  • Proven track record in travel sales performance and proactive approach
  • Understanding of industry regulations and operating licenses like IATA, ATOL
