**Essential Criteria:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
OR Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care. - Current First Aid, Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current Covid19 vaccination certificate showing all required uptodate vaccinations
- Current Working with Children Check
- Completed an approved Child Protection Statement of Attainment
- Experience in undertaking the role of Responsible Person in Charge.
- Excellent team work and communication skills
- Work according to the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 under the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW) as determined by the NSW Department of Education and Communities (DECS).
- Have a commitment to the National Quality Framework (NQF) under the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
- Experience with the Early Years Learning Framework is essential, as is a willingness to share ideas and bring creative perspectives to the team
- Demonstrate high level of ethical and professional behaviour, including collaboration and confidentiality.
- Excellent time management and ability to complete tasks on time
- Proficient in written and computer skills
- Driver's License/Own Car preferred
- Able to work within the Centre Policies
- Strong commitment to your own professional learning.
