Reporting to the Group Crisis and Business Continuity Manager the Organisational Resilience Analyst will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing Crown's business continuity capabilities.

This role is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity strategies, plans, and procedures across the organisation.

The Organisational Resilience Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the readiness and resilience of Crown's operations in the face of disruption.


THE ROLE

  • Support the development and implementation of the business continuity program, including policies, standards, and frameworks, in collaboration with senior team members
  • Assist in conducting thorough business impact analyses to identify critical functions, processes, and resources within the organization.
  • Collaborate with departmental representatives to assess their unique business continuity needs.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations.
  • Participate actively in the design and execution of business continuity exercises, tests, and drills.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity plans, processes, and procedures on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist in providing training and awareness sessions to employees on business continuity principles, practices, and their roles and responsibilities.
  • Engage in horizon scanning activities to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to business continuity management and from a similar environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • Advanced excel and analytical abilities to assess risks, identify critical functions, and develop effective recovery strategies.
  • Proactively problem solve, capable of identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses in business continuity plans. They should be able to think critically, exercise good judgment, and propose practical solutions to mitigate risks and enhance resilience.
  • Experience assisting writing Business Impact analysis and Business continuity plans.
  • Written and verbal communication skills are essential for preparing reports, delivering presentations, and facilitating training sessions.
  • Ability to build relationships, and work effectively in a team environment alongside ability to influence and engage others.
  • The ability to obtain, hold and maintain a Casino Special Employee License
