About The Role:
You will be working with a tidy and well maintained mixed use portfolio.
Liaising with Owners Corporations as requiredTraining and mentoring junior staffAssisting the General Manager with decision making and budgetsPrepare budgets for presentations to AGMsConvene and conduct meetingsYour own dedicated assistantAttending networking eventsAbout you:
Candidates with relevant related experience with in the property/legal industry will be considered.
Ideal but not essential.3 + years experience as a Strata Manager or similarAbility to manage diverse portfoliosAbility to manage staffHigh attention to detail and administrative skillsUnderstanding of Strata Legislation and related regulations in QLDExperienced in building and maintaining strong client relationshipsIf this opportunity is not for you please reach out as we have additional vacancies that could be more suited to your needs/goals.
