Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and refer Doctors
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book
  • Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and uptodate
  • Collect fees as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of medical or health reception experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance practices required
  • Familiarity with chiropractic care and related medical terminology preferred
This is a part-time position, approximately 2-3 days per week. Hours will vary but will typically be during regular business hours.
