Who are we looking for?


An exciting opportunity for an energetic and highly skilled individual to join a client focused firm where customer service is a priority.

This position will see you providing executive support to South Australia's Regional General Manager (RGM) and Leadership team.

Acting as the first line of support to our leader of nearly 250 employees across Science, Technology, Engineering, Architecture and Business Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the RGM's complex and ever-changing diary by negotiating meetings and timelines for key deliverables, ensuring conflicting appointments are prioritised
  • Attending management and project meetings, recording minutes and action items
  • Supporting with the preparation and editing of correspondence, presentations and memorandums
  • Expense reconciliation and travel arrangements Providing support to the Finance Manager and Operations Manager as required

What will you bring to the team?

  • At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a professional services environment or similar
  • High level proficiency in MS Teams and MS Office suite
  • Flexibility to operate as a resourceful team player, but also be extremely effective independently
  • Ability to prioritise own workload effectively, use initiative and have strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving with strong decisionmaking capability
