The Position
In the role of Property Manager your responsibilities will include

  • Managing a portfolio of less than 200 properties (with full Leasing support)
  • Build strong, longterm relationships with landlords.
  • Attend to repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Conduct outgoing and routine inspections
  • Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews.
  • Maintain tenant relationships and liaise with landlords as required

The Person

  • A solid background in property management and great tenure in previous roles
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation is a must
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience working in the Western Sydney marketplace or knowledge of the area
