What your role involves:
  • Lead outstanding care outcomes by coordinating and delivering person-centered care.
  • Provide continuous oversight of residents throughout the day, identifying changes in preferences, needs, or well-being for timely support.
  • View each resident as a unique individual, fostering choice and independence while offering necessary assistance.
  • Create detailed care plans, conduct thorough assessments of needs and preferences, and implement suitable care strategies.
  • Manage and administer medications safely following established protocols.
  • Keep accurate and updated documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
Your contributions to our residents:
  • Display a dedicated and compassionate approach to caring for others.
  • Show commitment to a holistic care approach in meeting resident's needs.
  • Possess a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Hold current AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
  • Demonstrate an understanding or willingness to learn about the AN-ACC funding system.
  • Have experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care settings.
  • Background in hospitals or community care (preferably and highly valued).
