  • Salary $76,342.26 to $88,556.26 p/a + super
  • 38 hour working week/ 9 day fortnight

About Ku-ring-gai Council

Located 16 km's north of the Sydney CBD, the Ku-ring-gai area covers 84km2, is home to 124,000 residents and set in one of New South Wales' most attractive natural environments.

Reporting to the Supervisor Trade Services, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Repair, maintenance and installation of electrical work
  • Ensure all Australian Standards or Code of Practice are followed
  • Supervise apprentices as required
  • Co-ordinate all work associated with electrical work as required
  • Keep records of costs of electrical work
  • Quote for electrical work as required
  • Adherence to work schedules/programs

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (UEE30820-current, or UEE30806 or UEE30807 or UEE30811) or equivalent
  • Experience as an electrician working in a commercial/industrial setting
  • WHS induction White Card
  • Confined Space Certificate or willing to undertake training
  • First aid certificate or willingness to undertake training
