Synopsis:

Working closely with the account managers, operational support teams, and external partners, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the logistics, warehouse, and transportation of products to ensure all orders are delivered in full, on time.

Accountabilities:

• Strategically plan and coordinate logistics, warehouse, and transportation to ensure all client needs are delivered on time and in full.
• Coordinate and liaise with external supply partners
• Provide visibility of Order Management Tracking and Reporting
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods and process shipments
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy timeline targets
• Support Project/Account Managers with requests for quotes or adhoc client requests
• Maintain stakeholder relationships

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working within logistics/supply chain environment ideal however not essential
• Able to demonstrate successful record of working within a distribution, logistics management, leading and managing external supply partners
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at a time
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to obtain, analyse and use information for effective decisionmaking
• Excellent attention to detail
• Possess strong communication / organisational skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving and finding solutions
