A little taste of your day-to-day:

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you'll support the food and beverage operations across our Redsalt Restaurant, Room Service, and Conferencing to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience.

The hours for this role is flexible, but is expected to be approximately 20 hours per week, with expected shift times ranging between 5.30am am, with some occasional lunch time shifts.

This is a hands-on role with focus on delivering a memorable guest experience, and supporting the team.

  • Manage daytoday staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and run a shift. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help improve team member performance.
  • Promote a positive and efficient culture.
  • Respond to colleague / guest requests promptly in order to deliver a seamless service in conjunction with service staff
  • Maintain and strive to deliver guest satisfaction results within the Food & Beverage Department

What We need from you:

  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Team leader experience in a food & beverage environment
  • Drive and enthusiasm a proven ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Team Player working across all Departments to deliver Great Hotels Guest Love
  • Attention to detail creating amazing guest service moments with the team
  • Flexibility working, weekends and public holidays are all part of the job
  • Most importantly a passion for food & beverage
  • You must also meet the legal requirements to work in Australia
