Who are we looking for?:


We are seeking an enthusiastic person to drive and support a customer first approach through being a first point of contact for potential and existing customers.

Joining a dedicated and supportive team of Customer Service Officers, you will exercise your outstanding customer service skills, you will assist customers with their enquiries and follow them on their journey to acquiring the best service for them.


Bringing your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature, you will provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction and be willing to go the extra mile for customers.


What can you expect to be doing?:

  • Ensure a positive experience for all prospective and existing customers and other stakeholders
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure they receive the best service for their circumstances
  • Provide additional information about AnglicareSA's services as required
  • Manage and maintain customer records with a high level of accuracy

What do you need to bring?:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to customers and build rapport.
  • A calm and empathetic phone manner.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
- knowledge of the Aged Care system will be highly regarded.
