THE POSITION
The Learning Team Administration Assistant provides administrative support to the Learning POL network, and it is directly responsible for the following key areas:

  • Administration requirements of the IB MYP
  • External standardised testing (NAPLAN, PAT, etc.)
  • Administration of the myLearning Journey process
  • Other administrative tasks as required by the Learning POL network

  • An ability to assess, problemsolve and deliver solutions on a range of systemic and procedural matters
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills, with a particular focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Autonomous, with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capability
  • Exceptional organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Proven experience successfully managing resources
  • Commitment to work within and positively advance the College's Mission and Mercy values
  • Understanding and/or appreciation of the principles of a Catholic community organisation

Desirable

  • A current Victorian driver's licence
  • Current working with childrens check
  • Police check no older than 3 months
  • School setting experience
