Job Description

About the role:

This role is for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will partner with our clients on their Digital Transformation initiatives. You'll drive delivery outcomes across multiple large, complex projects from initiation to completion, including being an expert in project strategy, governance, reporting, financials and commercials. You'll also oversee the schedule, budget, scope, risk and any issues.

As a trusted advisor and consultant, you'll play a key role in helping our clients ideate and create sustainable and profitable business solutions; this includes creating presentations, proposals, decision papers, briefing notes, showcases and sprint plans. A key outcome will be to ensure that NCS maintains and sustains a high level of client satisfaction for all project delivery matters.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Project Managerleading large complex delivery
  • Experience leading hybrid onshore/offshore delivery teams
  • Experience with delivering large-scale technology and transformation projects across system integration, application modernisation, cloud, ERP, data and infrastructure
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills, including the ability to take key stakeholders on a journey, run workshops and showcases
  • The ability to lead and motivate project teams for a successful delivery that is on schedule, within budget and scope;
  • A strong understanding of delivery frameworks and project management methodologies;
  • The ability to maintain both a detailed and big-picture view of the project and business outcomes;
  • A strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business and financial goals;
  • Demonstrated experience in agile practices and SAFE
  • Certification in Prince2, PMBOK or Agile PM
