Our team comprises of radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technicians, nurses, clerical staff, and a network of independent radiologists. Together, they form our 2000 diagnostic imaging experts and support staff, serving across 135 sites nationwide ]

  • Lead the Customer Service Centre team members, providing coaching, training, direction and support.
  • Perform duties to present standards in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
  • Respond to customer enquiries within the guidelines of the company.
  • Answer and respond to report and image requests by customers independently. Eg [KS3] . navigating patient search, order search and referrer search in Visage, finding patient reports, sending reports and sending images via PACS.
  • Understand the reporting process including expediting reports, organising validation and addendums as required.
  • Create and manage referrer accounts on Visage, Intele and Medical Objects
  • Provide software support for referrers to troubleshoot and problem solve any errors with referrer accounts in Visage, InteleViewer and Medical Objects.
  • Complete and compile documentation for legal and third-party requests independently.
  • In depth understanding of site operation and procedures including bookings, arrivals, billing, and patient preparation through site training.
  • Facilitates training for all staff and assist staff to answer enquiries as required.
  • Staff the Customer Service Centre appropriately and manages staff members within the team

Experience Required

  • Staff management
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Good knowledge of medical procedures and processes relative to Medical Imaging
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve independently and assist other team members with this [KS4]
  • Advanced computer literacy with advanced knowledge in applications including Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and changing work processes
  • Ability to manage workflow and train staff.
  • Experience with staff recruitment
  • Ability to conduct disciplinary conversations and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Experience with organising rosters, shifts and appropriate staffing levels.
