Administration/Support Services Lake Macquarie Private Hospital are seeking an experienced Supply Officer to join the Theatre space.
This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity.

About the Role The Supply department procures and manages the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the Hospital.

The department operates on a weekly ward replenishment cycle and uses SAP to manage all inventory transactions.

The successful person will be responsible for scanning and picking orders, unpacking stock, the delivery of supplies, and much more.

Overall, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply service for the Hospital.
You will work alongside a professional team and report to the Stores and Supply Manager.

Your Skills and Experience Experience in working in a service focused, busy supply environment Experience in theatre supply is desirable although not mandatory Excellent time management and organisation skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required Proven ability to successfully undertake complex tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy Experience with SAP and RF Scanners (desirable)Sound computer skills (experiencing using MS Office programs)Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate of $ superannuation based on experience and qualifications.

About our Hospital Lake Macquarie Private Hospital is a 187bed acute Medical and advanced surgical hospital situated on the Pacific Highway at Gateshead, 15 kms south of the Newcastle CBD.

The hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care Limited , the largest operator of private hospitals in Australia.

The hospital is linked by an overhead walkway to the Lake Macquarie Specialist Centre which provides on-site Radiology and Pathology Services as well as strata title, specialist Medical consulting suites.

Requirements Must provide a National Policecheck conducted within the previous 12 months According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Childrencheck andproof of immunisationagainst infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
