About the role:

As our Property Management Advisor you will play a key role in partnering with operating business units and other company stakeholders, providing technical advice and implementing strategies to ensure efficient management of the portfolio.

Those with an industrial or commercial background are encouraged to apply.

  • Provide high level specialist advice to the key stakeholders regarding complex property and asset management issues and the effective use of the enterprise's real estate.
  • Manage the enterprise's national leasing/licence property portfolio, including revenue and expenditure leases and licence agreements with third parties including management of the preapproval of requisite contractual documents.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior managers, operational business areas and internal customers.
  • Manage an external outsource provider for the coordination and management of contractual obligations associated with the enterprise's lease portfolio (i.e. rent reviews, exercising options, third party obligations and make good responsibilities).
  • Develop, implement and review corporate policies relating to the real estate portfolio, including analysing and responding to developments in the business, community and legislation.
  • Ensure the efficient planning, management, monitoring and reporting on approved leasing budgets.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in real estate, valuation, asset management or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years experience in property and lease management processes and policies within a commercial environment
  • High level of skill in financial and business planning, performance analysis and budgetary control.
  • High level of experience with relevant systems.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Substantial knowledge of governance, quality and safety principles.
