Welink. Recruitment have recently partnered with an established Tier 2 Insurance Estimator Assessor who have earnt a reputation as one of Australia's leading privately-owned diversified Builder. THE ROLE:

Due to newly signed projects, we are seeking to appoint;

  • 2 x Insurance Estimator / Insurance Assessor
  • 1 x Desktop Estimator Assessor
The opportunity will allow 3x Insurance Building Estimators Assessors to manage the assessment and tender process with insurance repair projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Initial assessment of tenders received to determine and source additional information
  • Attend site based tender meetings with client to determine and prepare detailed estimates
  • Prepare clear and concise assessment reports detailing all aspects of the claim for utilisation by customers, insurers, subcontractors, and administration staff
  • Develop detailed scope of works, accurate bills of quantities and fair and reasonable cost estimates on remedial and/or insurance building repair projects
YOU:
  • Relevant tertiary education/qualification in Construction OR Project Management
  • Strong track record in a similar role working with a reputable Tier 2 OR Tier 3 Insurance Builder
  • Strong experience in site assessments, estimation and quotation
  • Team player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done
