Trainee Recruitment Constultant

• Working with a Tight Knit Team of Recruiters
• Based on the Sunshine Coast

We are a private recruitment and on-hire services company servicing remotely many clients across the Eastern seaboard of Australia.

We have representation with many clients across the construction sector and are currently looking for a new member to join our team of Recruiters to service our growing and established client base.

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or similar role is highly desirable
• Familiarity with posting job ads on job boards
• Strong capability in using computer softwares such as Google sheets, Gmail programs and add ons and other recruitment specific computer online softwares
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Willing to complete some training and Recruitment related course if requested (for example, cert III in business, etc)
