The Role:

A position has come available for an experienced Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at (SITE) and requires flexibility to work Sunday to Saturday.

The overall functions of this role are:

  • General handy-person and trade duties
  • Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
  • Maintain the presentation of the center to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts

Work hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 7am to 3pm

Desired Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience within retail environment
  • Ability to manage a team and work standalone.
  • Qualification in either carpentry/plumbing/electrical engineering will be favoured
  • Versatile handyperson skills
  • Be selfmotivated and responsible
  • Have good time management and organisational skills
  • Physically capable of moving equipment
  • Liaise with customers and customer complaints
  • Trade qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, painting etc
  • Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
