30ACRES, an ecommerce consultancy, is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their team.

This individual will play a key role in creating bespoke online experiences for their ambitious ecommerce clients by considering the audience's perspective and needs in every aspect of the design process.

With an office located in the picturesque town of Byron Bay and a team scattered across the globe, 30ACRES is a people-focused agency with a fresh and unique approach to digital commerce.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and create user personas to inform the design process
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups that adhere to best practices and client style guidelines
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and functionally
  • Continuously refine and improve design solutions based on user feedback and analytics
  • Stay uptodate with design trends, technologies, and tools
  • Work closely with project managers and the creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout all design projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and design methodologies
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written
