At Just Automotive Recruitment we specialize in recruiting in the Automotive sector. Our clients are mainly in the heavy vehicle/truck light vehicle and plant/construction machinery fields and they are busy.... which means

we are busy too

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for someone from a trade background, ideally with

recruitment / BDM / service manager or similar experience to join our international business division.

Duties

• Working closely with the International Recruitment team here in Sydney along with our overseas team based in Manila
• Working leads from our lead generation and marketing

• Regular contact with clients with progress updates and project status reporting
• Working with our overseas teams to make sure processes are being adhered to
• Help grow a business unit

Skills and experience
-
Must be a qualified mechanic in Heavy or Plant:

• Previous experience interviewing trades staff is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
• Good computer skills
• Detailoriented
• Enjoy working in a small team environment

Results-focused:

• Previous experience in the truck, plant or Automotive Industry
