We are looking for a Product Manager to manage the Composer product portfolio and product lifecycle.

You'll be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, planning and communicating the product roadmap together with our technology, sales and presales experts, to make sure Composer continues to meet both business and local market needs.

  • Regularly monitor the market including clients, competitors, legislative changes and industry trends, to identify future product impacts and develop and maintain the product roadmap
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to understand client and market needs and the impact on our existing product offering
  • Understand the company strategy and goals, and technology direction to ensure there is alignment with the Product roadmap. Work closely with the Architecture team and to align technology and product roadmaps with client requirements and industry trends
  • Represent and maintain the Product roadmap both internally and externally
  • Prepare business cases for internal approval for new Product Development features
  • Work with the Change Committee to ensure local product proposals and decisions take account of global opportunities and learnings
  • Maintain oversight and approval of change specifications to maintain consistency with product roadmap
  • Ensure decisions about product enhancements are appropriately commercial and take account of both short and long term business impacts
  • Provide input into the design phase ensuring high quality robust solutions which can be leveraged by other clients.
  • Develop and maintain Product documentation ensuring capabilities are easily understood by clients and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

You'll be a success in this role if you can bring:

  • Previous experience in product management in a relevant field and an understanding of product lifecycles
  • Experience in software delivery, IT, Systems integration or related consulting environments
  • Strategic thinking skills along with the ability to remain hands on
  • Sound financial and commercial acumen
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including experience presenting to a wide range of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to conceptualise and communicate new ideas and influence others.
