ABOUT THE POSITION

We take pride in our projects and relationships and currently seek a Project Engineer to assist with a recent concrete variation project on Barrow Island.

This role will be based at our Head Office in Wangara, with potential travel to Barrow Island for project implementation.


Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising and coordinating procurement, machinery, equipment, and resources
- Engaging in short- and medium-term planning for project progress monitoring
- Summarizing technical details from specifications and drawings
- Issuing RFIs and technical queries when necessary
- Preparing, issuing, and tracking RFQ packages, as well as bid evaluation packages
- Conducting inspections at supplier sites for quality assurance and coordinating client inspections

ABOUT YOU
You should have the following experience and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in civil engineering, specifically in concrete projects
- Minimum of 1-2 years working on large concrete or precast concrete projects
- Knowledge of procurement, supplier, and subcontractor management
- Understanding of commercial aspects of contracts and project cost control in civil engineering industry (e.g., productivity metrics, forecasting)
