Join us as a
Property Portfolio Manager, where you will develop, implement and manage property management and leasing plans for a portfolio of customers.


Passionate, skilled and great with people: Here's who we're looking for.

  • You're experienced in managing a portfolio of properties including lease management and lease compliance, rental reviews, new lease negotiations, lease renewals and options.
  • You have a strong understanding of the property market and are passionate about the industry.
  • You have some experience in property valuations, analysis and reporting.
  • You're comfortable having difficult conversations in a respectful and empathetic way.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • You're adept at quickly building and maintaining effective working relationships.
