Exciting Opportunity: Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Clinical Field Engineer to become part of their growing team and assist in their clinical trials throughout Australia. This role provides a long-term opportunity in a vibrant and forward-thinking work setting, committed to pioneering the development of cutting-edge implantable devices.
  • Act as the go-to technical specialist, bridging the gap between medical professionals and the organization on technical aspects related to clinical initiatives.
  • Offer input on current and new products, organize feedback sessions with users, and facilitate training sessions for both internal and external customers.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in regular conference calls or technical briefings as required.
  • Desired Qualifications: Hands-on experience in supporting medical equipment and engaging with physicians and patients.
  • Proficiency with Active Implantable Medical Devices and involvement in clinical research.
  • Background in medicine/biomedical engineering or relevant similar roles.
  • Previous exposure to a rapidly evolving, startup-like, high-demand environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Preferred Certifications: Minimum of 2 years of on-field experience supporting medical devices.
  • Medical/biomedical background (RN/Engineer/PhD/MD, etc.) or relevant practical background.
  • Preferably, previous involvement in Clinical Trials.
  • Experience in a dynamic, startup-like, high-demand environment.
