Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 125 commercial properties
  • Attend internal & external business commitments
  • Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders
  • Take full ownership of lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections and vacancies
  • Deliver a high quality of service to owners and tenants
  • See that company policies and procedures are followed to ensure owner's objectives and investment strategies.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
About you:
  • Ideally 3+ years experience as a Commercial Property Manager
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about property and the Retail Leases Act
  • Current Agents' Rep and drivers license
  • Ability to work autonomously - be a self-starter
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisational skills and time-management
