THE CLIENT
Our Client is an established and highly regarded In Adelaides North, specialising in residential property. They are now seeking a capable and motivated Property Manager to join their team and manage a portfolio.

THE ROLE
Based in the

Evanston Area, you will be responsible for the management of a neat and tidy portfolio consisting of around 100 properties, with support.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Leasing of your properties
  • Routine inspections
  • In going/outgoing inspections
  • Maintenance management
  • Arrears management
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors as well as reporting to the owner
  • Daytoday PM duties

About You

  • Minimum 1+ years experience as a Property Manager or Assistant
  • Great attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Well presented
  • Current Drivers license and PM registration
