Trainee Paraplanner

Our client is a Financial Advisory, Asset Management & Stockbroking firm, specializing in providing top-notch Financial Advice to Individuals and Businesses. We are looking for a new member to join our Paraplanning team as a Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating new business submissions based on information from the IFA's, documenting new cases in our internal systems, collaborating with Financial Advisers to gather necessary information for case completion, generating suitability letters, presenting cases to the Financial Advisers, offering feedback on new business and cases directly to the Financial Advisers, and finalizing cases in compliance with our regulatory procedures. The ideal candidate will either be an individual in an Investment Administration position with 1-3 years of experience seeking to transition into Paraplanning, or a Senior Investment Administrator aiming to shift into a Paraplanning role. It is preferable to have 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services and be on track towards obtaining a Diploma in Financial Planning, ideally having completed a few exams already (RO1, RO2, RO3).
