Ink Technician

As a trading company with a lean organization, distributing Toyo Ink products (Inks/OPVs/Coatings) to commercial & packaging printing industry in Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for a professional, organized, and passionate Ink Technician who can join our business in growth.

• Account management of new & existing clients.
• Work closely with Specialcolourmix Operation team to ensure customer requirements on PMS colours are met.
• Collaborating with customers, suppliers, agents, and operational teams to promptly address inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Assist in right products pick and dispatch
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time to meet operational demands.

• Entitled to work in Australia, without any restriction.
• Sound understanding of colours.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Possesses an excellent telephone manner.
• Good communicator, organiser and the ability to prioritise.
• Positive "Can Do" attitude with good work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.
• Computer Literate (Word, Excel, etc).
• Enjoy working in a Team environment.
