The Coordinator Quality and Compliance plays a crucial part in ensuring that our practices adhere to industry standards, legal obligations, and best practices in the field of in-home aged care.

About you
To excel in this position, you should possess the following:

  • Demonstrated expertise in reviewing policies, procedures, and compliance within the healthcare or aged care domain
  • Current knowledge of aged care and industry advancements
  • Effective leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, along with the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities and priorities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in allied health, management, community services, or a related field
