We are now seeking a hands on leader, to join the team as Area Manager.

About the Role:
As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of multiple retail stores within your designated region

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of Store Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive footfall, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Cooperating closely with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and attractive store displays.
  • Conducting regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and guidance, and address operational issues.
  • Collaborating with the Head Office to communicate market trends, customer feedback, and regional insights.
  • Developing and executing strategies to nurture and retain top talent within the region.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data, KPIs, and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager within the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion market and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the designated region.
