Dental Assistant/receptionist

We have been a part of Elwood Village community for 35 years, and are located 1 street away from the beach in the heart of a busy shopping strip with great coffee and public transport at our doorstep.
We pride ourselves and are known to the locals for being caring, empathetic, gentle and attentive to all our patients, whether they are coming in for a simple clean or a full-mouth rehab - this is where the woman's touch comes in We look after and support each other, work as a team and always strive to have an all-inclusive, can-do attitude.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years of Australian Dental Assisting experience
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- chairside assistance in general dentistry, endodontics, implants, invisalign, surgical extractions
- maintenance of steri and clinic - ideal knowledge of Australian infection control standards is a must
- general reception duties, such as liasing with patients, invoicing, appointment bookings, answering phones etc.

Permanent part-time to Full-time
Salary:
$ $36.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 4 days/week, Monday-Thursday, including at least one evening as we open until 7.30 on Monday and Wednesday
Experience:
- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 2 year (required)
