Total Catering Solutions (TCS) is one of the leading Cook - Chill / Cook Freeze and Extended shelf-life food manufacturers in Perth, Western Australia.

Located in a Bassendean in a purpose-built facility, TCS utilises modern high tech production equipment and the latest technology in computer systems and software packages specifically designed for the food manufacturing industry.

THE ROLE

The Kitchenhand role is a diverse position, from cleaning through to assisting and supporting TCS Chefs and Cooks in completing the days production.

This is a casual role located at our Bassendean facility.

_Key responsibilities_

• Assisting Chefs/Cooks in various tasks
• Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen/equipment
• Working on various product lines including the pie and sausage roll lines
• Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices
• Packaging various products and palletising ready for delivery to customers

• Willingness to work long hours often undertaking repetitive tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced timesensitive environment

_Essential Criteria_

• Evidence of COVID19 and 2023 Flu vaccinations
• Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Medical & drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6months validity)_
