About the opportunity:

Key Duties include:

  • Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories and via your assigned teams.
  • Enable your team to effectively present and sell the Milwaukee value proposition to defined users.
  • Regularly report progress to the BDM on achievements to the planned strategy.
  • Implement the user focussed channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers.
  • Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company's brand.
  • Recruit, develop and retain talented individuals to your team. Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company's competency framework.
  • Coach, mentor and develop your team in line with the "Milwaukee Way" and "Way to Work" documents.
  • Conduct weekly, one on one, personal & professional development meetings for individual development and direction for each for your direct reports.

About You:

  • Strong trade experience or relevant graduate degree.
  • Minimum 1 year direct selling experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
  • Experienced with using CRM software.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational, time management and problemsolving capability.
