We are currently seeking a motivated Cleaning Site Supervisor with proven experience in leading, managing and coordinating services. We have an full-time opportunity for at one of our retail clients located in Elanora.

This role offers a fantastic chance for career growth and change. The successful person will be supported by an experienced Business Manager to meet all service delivery targets and be part of a growing organisation that truly values its staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations as per contractual requirements
  • Manage staff to ensure efficient shift coverage and meet service delivery KPIs
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to actively improve the cost effectiveness of the services of the portfolio, including consumables and maintenance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing requests and complaints
  • Preparation of reporting requirements
  • Respond to general, periodical, preventative, and emergency cleaning incidents or queries
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in the cleaning industry
  • Demonstrated experience leading and supporting a team of 10+ employees
  • Ability to understand service contracts and drive team performance
  • Compliance with policies and procedures
  • Solid understanding of general cleaning principles, cleaning equipment, and cleaning machinery (desirable)
  • Minimum intermediate computer skills
  • Thorough knowledge of safe chemical use and OHS in the workplace
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current police check (within 6 months) or ability to obtain one.

Pay rate & Roster:

  • Monday to Friday roster
  • 7:30am-3:30pm
  • Above award hourly rate plus superannuation and overtime
  • Free onsite parking available
  • Walking distance from public transport.
