We currently are seeking an experienced Patrols Client Services Manager based in the Perth to play an integral part in managing the day to day Patrols operations, Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:00

The role:

  • Report directly to the Patrols Manager WA
  • Manage the performance and presentation of each designated site in accordance with contractual and budgetary obligation
  • Continuously review individual Contracts and their performance and work with the Patrols Manager to develop priority action plans to ensure compliance and performance
  • Continuously develop, manage and strengthen positive working relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, with the aim of promoting key organisational, operational and strategic objectives
  • Ensure costs are controlled and invoicing correctly reflects the service provided and address animosities as required
  • Act as the first point of contact for key Clients on matters and participate in all levels of issue resolution, process improvement and customer complaints
  • Complete administrative duties as required to meet contractual obligations
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once in a highpaced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High level administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Attend regular structured meeting with key clients to receive feedback and monitor contract performance

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Client Services role
  • Must hold a current WA Drivers Licence


 Desirable
  • Current WA Security Licence
