The Role As a member of the ESG Delivery Team, this role plays a critical part in supporting the Group Sustainability team to achieve their Sustainability goals and key initiatives.

It offers the opportunity to engage with a broad range of sustainability topics, leveraging best practices to drive forward the sustainability agenda.

The position is responsible for delivering consistently high-quality support, facilitating the achievement of strategic outcomes within Group Sustainability.
Key Roles And Responsibilities Conduct high-quality research and analysis on various sustainability topics.
Offer governance, reporting, and program support for social initiatives.
Provide insights on global sustainability developments to inform strategy.
Assist in developing ESG policies and position statements to enhance sustainability leadership.
Support the implementation of strategic ESG projects, emphasizing human rights, modern slavery, child safety, climate, and natural capital.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Proficiencies Possesses more than 3 years of relevant experience in financial services and or consulting environments.
Graduate or Postgraduate qualifications in finance, legal, business, sustainability, environmental science, or technology preferred.
Proficient in delivering high-quality results within deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail, while managing multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Share Point, and adept data management techniques.
Experienced in governance and reporting, including data extraction and analysis.

Deep understanding of corporate sustainability concepts and international frameworks/principles, including human rights, modern slavery, child safety, climate, and natural capital.

Demonstrates high levels of energy, curiosity, and a strong passion for sustainability.
Willing to complete a background check and psychometric assessment.

About You You bring solid project management skills and practical understanding of the banking and/or financial services sectors, having worked with clients in a consulting (or in-house) capacity for the last 3+ years.

You are keen to further develop your qualitative analytical skills, as well as relationship management ability, with desire to join a leading ESG team.

You bring a mix of research and risk assessment experience across the corporate sustainability topics, including Climate, Natural Capital, Human Rights and Modern Slavery.
