Summary of the Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the project cycle for the establishment of our reprocessing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle of setting up an Australian reprocessing facility mirroring our current USA facility.
- Coordinate both internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress and engage stakeholders when necessary.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify a suitable facility that meets all requirements, including medical and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the Finance team to secure resources and maintain budget control.
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and budget constraints.
- Manage any changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
- Report any delays or issues to management promptly.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Organize and maintain business documents in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate project plans with leadership, stakeholders, and employees.
- Manage the deployment of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Recruit a diverse range of personnel for site management.
Requirements for the Role
- Tertiary education in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in Project Management, ideally within a factory environment.
- Experience with greenfield projects, real estate selection, and facility implementation.
- Knowledge of industries like Medical or Food is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) measurements.
- Proactive with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Time management proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible work hours and travel may be required.
