Job Title: Customer Engagement Banker at ME Bank

About you

  • Established customer base with over 2 years of experience as a Direct Banker
  • Proven track record of providing top-notch customer service
  • Knowledge and experience of working effectively with stakeholders
  • Good understanding of market and competitor landscape
  • Technically sound in business development principles
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Deliver quality customer experiences consistently
  • Be proactive in customer-focused activities

  • Work as part of a team and contribute to meetings
  • Share knowledge with team members
