Redbank Plains Family Health is a friendly and bulk-billing practice seeking a motivated and patient-centered GP to join our growing team.

In this role, you will: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventative health checks, consultations, diagnosis, treatment plans, and referrals.
Provide overall care for patients, including prescribing and administering treatments, medications, and other remedial measures. Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Deliver high-quality medical care in line with best practice guidelines. Build strong relationships with patients and foster a positive and trusting atmosphere. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Conduct examinations and thorough questioning of patients to determine the nature of disorders and illnesses. Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures as necessary, interpreting findings to assist in diagnosis. Advise patients on diet, exercise, and other habits that aid in the prevention and treatment of disease and disorders. Refer patients to specialist Medical Practitioners as appropriate, and exchange medical information as needed. Arrange the admission of patients to hospitals when necessary.We are looking for a GP with:
