Walking into your centre everyday you'll smile, as theearly morning sun shines through the palm trees over youraward-winning nature escape, cubby house and mud kitchen.

You'll then ask yourself the BIG question; 'How can weprovide a service that enriches our community, and allows children,families and educators to grow in body, mind and spirit?' Toanswer this, you'll collaborate with your team of skillededucators, chair staff meetings, conduct performance reviews,facilitate staff training sessions, uphold YMCA policies,procedures and design/implement a high-quality learning curriculum.

Check out the PD attached belowYou'll be great in this role ifyou...Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent Can obtain First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012 Have experience as a Director / Centre Manager or Assistant Director in an early childhood setting Retain knowledge in child development / high qualityprogramming practices.
