We are currently seeking an experienced

Senior Asset Integrity Engineer

to join our Maintenance team at Tropicana.

Reporting to the Superintendent of Engineering, this role is offered on an 4/3 FIFO roster with flights directly to site from Perth or Kalgoorlie.

Other flexible roster arrangements will also be considered.

Accountabilities:

Over-see engineering activities including the development and implementation of asset integrity plansManage asset integrity systems for tanks, piping, concrete and structuresDevelop inspection and testing programs for asset management plansMonitor plant asset integrity to ensure compliance with standards, industry regulation and company policiesCoordinate risk assessments for asset integrity and develop risk management plansDevelop operational and capital budgets for engineering and asset integrity workCreate and review integrity and maintenance procedures to ensure ongoing safe operation and maintenance of equipmentCollect baseline asset integrity data for new and modified plant and equipmentMaintain risk register to ensure any defects are appropriately assessed to relevant engineering standardsDevelop, prioritise and manage scopes for asset integrity work including inspection and remedial worksAbout YouPeople are at the heart of everything we do.

To be considered, we would like to see you have:

Tertiary qualifications in Civil and Structural Engineering is preferredPrevious experience in plant maintenance and asset managementExperience in project managementKnowledge of engineering standards for tanks and pipingExperience in material selection and protective surface coating requirementsUnderstanding of condition monitoring and non-destructive testing techniquesAbility to effectively plan work and manage multiple prioritiesA focus on continuous improvementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstanding of SAP and CMMS functionalityAbility to obtain a National Police ClearanceExisting and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia are mandatoryCulture and BenefitsOur workplace demonstrates dignity and respect for each other, we offer challenging work, highly competitive remuneration that is regularly adjusted to market conditions and career development opportunities.
