Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly cutting, trimming, and preparing meat as per customer requests
• Ensuring the meat section is wellstocked, clean, and meets all health and safety standards
• Advising customers on the best cuts for their needs and sharing preparation tips
• Managing inventory and placing orders for meat supplies
• Maintaining tools and equipment in excellent condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a butcher, with strong skills in meat cutting and preparation
• Knowledge of various meat types, cuts, and preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
