As an Electrician working with our client, you will play a vital role in leading the team of Electricians building Standalone Power Systems to supply to the mining, utility and teleco industries in WA. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of these systems.
About the role and client:
The Electrical Leading Hand will also play a key role in promoting and developing staff competencies, OHS good practice, and improving quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enhance and develop their career and leadership skills.
- Implement your Quality control and assurance in the workshop
- Lead a team of Electricians and apprentices within a workshop / manufacturing environment
- Building of Standalone power systems in a workshop environment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with a diverse team to complete projects on time
- Always adhere to safety protocols and industry standards

Skills and requirements:
- WA A Grade Electrical licence – Unrestricted
- Proven experience as an electrician working within a similar industry or equipment
- QA and QC experience
- Current drivers licence WA
- Competency in MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety
