Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Typist join their friendly and vibrant team at their pathology laboratory located in Macquarie Park.

This is a permanent full-time position.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Medical Typist preferably from a Histology background to join the team in Macquarie Park for ongoing, full time temp work

. Immediate start ideal.
Medical Typist Duties - Histology Laboratory

  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Macro & micro typing
  • External meeting and slide requests
  • Frozen section bookings
  • Typing/inserting supplementary reports
  • Responding to reception enquiries

About you

  • Medical Typist background ideal
  • Might be an option for Scientists or Laboratory assistant with a background in Histology.
  • Thorough understanding of Histology terminology
  • Data entry experience
  • Immediate start
